Liberty Carton is partnering with the City of Brooklyn Park to help re-forest the community.

Efforts began this spring when Liberty Carton, Safco and LDI employees distributed nearly 500 trees as part of the Arbor Day Tree Sale.

On September 18, Liberty Carton and Brooklyn Park officials planted a 15 foot Black Hills Spruce at City Hall to commemorate the anniversary of the storm that damaged the Brooklyn Park area.

“Liberty has a long tradition of community service and support. We are grateful for their generosity…they make a difference in our community.” Says Mayor Steve Lampi.
